The “New Old Black Forest Restaurant” is a quaint little spot, nestled in out-of-the-way Martin’s Brook, Lunenburg County, just off Lighthouse Route 3. Originally just known as “The Old Black Forest”, the 21-year-old veteran establishment was passed into new management in the early spring of 2020. The restaurant, under the guidance of Swabian chef Silvio Schatz, serves traditional German cuisine.
